Job Title: Store Manager Location: On-site, Agra, Uttar Pradesh Employment Type: Full-time No.of position: 01 Role Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee inventory operations and drive operational excellence at our Agra facility. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day store activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, managing stock flow, optimizing storage, and supporting customer service objectives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining product availability, minimizing loss, and upholding company standards. Key Responsibilities Ensure smooth functioning of store operations and inventory control Monitor stock levels, coordinate procurement, and handle stock inward/outward Implement effective retail loss prevention and safety strategies Supervise store staff and ensure adherence to SOPs Liaise with project and sales teams to ensure timely material availability Maintain accurate records and generate reports for audits Deliver excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and clients Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards Qualifications Proven experience in store/inventory management (construction or retail preferred) Strong knowledge of customer service and satisfaction practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage store operations in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and leadership abilities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Logistics , or a related field Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is an added advantage Interested candidates may send their resumes to hr@buildingsolutions.in & officebsipl@gmail.com ) Show more Show less
