Preferred candidate profile Education: Graduate Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in fashion retail, personal styling, or luxury footwear/apparel brands (experience with international or premium brands preferred). Fashion Knowledge: Strong understanding of current fashion trends, styling techniques, color coordination, and visual aesthetics. Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage, advise, and build relationships with clients. Brand Awareness: Should have an eye for premium brand aesthetics and understand Melissas brand identity, product story, and customer profile. Sales Orientation: Ability to drive sales through styling recommendations, upselling, and personalized client interactions. Presentation: Well-groomed, fashion-forward appearance reflecting brand values. Team Collaboration: Works well with store teams, VM, and marketing to ensure consistent brand presentation. Languages: English required; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
