Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations including order processing, packing, and dispatches. Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers as per schedule. Manage cash handling, petty cash records, and daily accounting coordination . Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams for smooth workflow. Monitor inventory levels and raise requirements for replenishment in advance. Prepare and maintain daily reports for management review. Identify operational bottlenecks and work towards improving efficiency. Ensure adherence to company policies, timelines, and quality standards.
