Job Description

We at JMB group, engaged in manufacturing of various packaging and allied products is one of the biggest manufacturing groups in Bongaigaon district of Assam is required a dynamic and honest "STORE KEEPER" whose key responsibilities will be as under: Inventory Management - Keeping track of stock levels, conducting audits, and ensuring timely procurement of materials. Receiving & Issuing Materials - Handling incoming stock, storing it properly, and issuing materials required for production. (Maintaining of Minimum stock level so that production does not hampers in short of RM) Staff Supervision - Overseeing store employees, assigning tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow. Store Maintenance - Keeping the store organized, clean, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. (Maintaining 55) Problem-Solving - Addressing operational challenges and finding solutions to improve efficiency. Budget & Cost Control - Managing expenses related to inventory and optimizing resource allocation. Required Skills & Qualifications Educational Background -: A degree in commerce, engineering, or a related field is often preferred. Good Command in excel is mandatory Experience - Typically, 4-6 years in inventory management or store operations. Technical Knowledge - Familiarity with ERP systems, stock reconciliation, and inventory control techniques. Leadership & Communication - Ability to manage teams, coordinate with departments, and ensure smooth operations. Immediate Joiner Preferred.
