Job Description

Receive all incoming materials and verify quantity & quality against purchase orders and invoices.
Maintain accurate inventory records in the store register / software.
Ensure proper storage of food items (dry, frozen, and chilled) maintaining FIFO & FEFO methods.
Issue materials to kitchen and other departments on approved requisitions only.
Monitor stock levels and prepare daily / weekly stock availability reports.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile variances.
Minimize wastage, pilferage, and expiry through effective stock rotation.
Coordinate with Purchase Department for timely replenishment of items.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the storage area.
Record breakages, damages, returns, and rejected items properly.
Handle store documentation like GRN, Material Return Notes, and Stock Transfer Notes.
Support in costing and consumption reports for managemen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
