Job Title: Store Incharge Location: Pimple Saudagar, Pune Company: Prakash Trading (Retail & Wholesale Trading) Job Summary The Store Incharge will be responsible for overall store operations including inventory management, stock planning, staff supervision, sales coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the retail & wholesale outlet. The role ensures excellent customer experience while maintaining accurate records and timely stock movement. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of retail & wholesale sales. Manage inventory levels – receiving, stocking, tagging, and timely replenishment of goods. Conduct regular stock audits, identify shortage/excess items, and maintain minimal stock variance. Coordinate with suppliers for purchase requirements and ensure timely deliveries. Maintain accurate records of inward/outward stock, GRN, bills, and delivery documentation. Monitor product pricing, display, and shelf arrangement as per company standards. Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure high service quality. Supervise store staff – duty roster, training, performance tracking. Track sales and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for management. Maintain store hygiene, safety standards, and proper storage practices. Support management in promotions, discounts, and new product launches. Coordinate with the accounts team for billing accuracy, payments, and documentation. Skills & Requirements Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Business, or related field. Experience: 2–5 years in store or inventory management (Retail/Trading preferred). Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation & supply chain basics. Familiarity with billing software, MS Excel, and basic computer operations. Excellent communication, team handling, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-moving environment. Integrity, accountability, and attention to detail are must. Working Conditions - Full-time / On-site Flexible for extended hours during high-volume periods
