Store Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient management of inventory and store operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain records of all stock movements, purchases, and disposals.
• Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to ensure optimal stock levels and cost control.
• Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies on time.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless operational flow.
• Report directly to the Finance Controller and provide accurate reports as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in inventory management or store operations, preferably in the hospitality or FMCG sector.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication skills.
• Integrity and accountability with a proactive mindset.
