Store ExecutiveJob Summary

As a Store Executive, you will be a critical part of our operations team, managing comprehensive store operations that support our mission to deliver exceptional client experiences. In this role, you will oversee material management, inventory control, and warehouse operations while contributing to our commitment to operational excellence and sustainability. You'll work in a collaborative environment where your expertise in store management will help drive efficiency and innovation across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations Management:
Manage complete material inward and outward processes within store operations
Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries to designated storage areas
Follow established standards for issuing and receiving stock within operational guidelines
Ensure proper unpacking, counting, and cost/price verification against PO/Gate pass documentation
Reject damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items to maintain quality standards
Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare comprehensive documentation for material movements including rejection items, inter-unit transfers, and repair/servicing items (Gate pass, DC, RDC & E-Way/Declaration)
Ensure all store requisitions are properly signed and approved by designated Department Leads/SPOCs
Issue materials only against approved Material Request Notes (MRN)
Maintain accurate quantity matching between requests and issued materials
Document after-hours issues in accordance with internal controls and procedures
System Management & Record Keeping:
Daily updating of ERP/spreadsheet store records including GRN, MRN, and returns from Lab and Assembly floor
Coordinate monthly inventory closure activities ensuring all pending tasks are completed by month-end
Maintain systematic ear marking and arrangement of stocks in stores
Ensure accurate record keeping and data integrity
Stakeholder Coordination:
Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Manage coordination with transporters for material movement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline
3-5 years of experience in Stores/Warehouse material management
Working knowledge of SAP and ERP modules
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical skills and ability to make sound inventory-related judgments
Demonstrated ability to work as a resourceful, self-driven, and independent professional
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Knowledge of store management operational procedures
Preferred QualificationsWarehouse Management System (WMS) knowledge and experience
Experience in electronics industry operations
Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
Certification in inventory management or supply chain operations
Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
Experience with multi-location inventory coordination
Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements for material handling
