Job Description

Position: Store Director Location: Bangaloe About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Store Director to lead our flagship location while also overseeing a cluster of area stores. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a background in premium retail, capable of driving store performance, managing multi-location operations, and delivering a consistently elevated customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the flagship store while supervising the performance of multiple stores in the region. Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency across all assigned locations. Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers and their teams to achieve individual and collective goals. Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, customer service excellence, and visual merchandising across all stores. Monitor store KPIs and analyze business performance to implement growth strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and Logistics) to align business objectives and local store needs. Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, and training to build strong in-store teams. Conduct regular store visits to support teams, audit operations, and identify opportunities for improvement. Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, development, and team engagement. Candidate Requirements: 7+ years of experience in premium or fashion retail, including multi-store or area management responsibilities. Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of team development. Commercial mindset with a deep understanding of retail metrics, customer experience, and brand presentation. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change.
