Role And Company Overview

Roles And Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across all branches.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate stock transfers between branches and warehouses.
• Track and record all stock movements in the inventory system.
• Validate and process stock-related transactions (receipts, issues, returns).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for stock handling.
• Analyze sales trends and forecast stock requirements to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Collaborate with procurement and branch managers for timely stock replenishment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
• Implement measures to reduce stock loss due to theft, damage, or mismanagement.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and regulatory checks.
  

Key Skills & Education Required

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in stock control or inventory management (preferably multi-branch).
• Strong knowledge of inventory and stock control processes.
• Analytical skills for forecasting and trend analysis.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
