Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Steward to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
Manage table settings, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain high levels of knowledge about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management, is expected.
A positive and friendly attitude is essential to provide excellent customer service.
Must be able to stand for long periods, move quickly between tables, and work in a fast-paced environment.
