Job Title: Sales Manager/State Head For Uttar Pradesh (B2B Sales Interactive Panels)

About the Role

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Institutional & Enterprise Sales:

  • Drive B2B sales through major institutions of UP, like schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, EdTech groups, corporates, and government PSUs etc.
  • Manage the end-to-end B2B Sales cycle right from requirement assessment, product demonstrations,negotiation, and closure.
  • Support tender participation along with internal teams where applicable.

Strategic & Revenue Ownership:

  • Develop and execute the state-level business plan for Interactive Panels across UP.
  • Own quarterly and annual sales targets with direct responsibility for pipeline, forecasting, and conversion.
  • Identify new business opportunities in tier-1, tier-2, and tier-3 markets across UP.

Channel & Partner Management:

  • Build, manage, and expand the partner ecosystem, including distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
  • Conduct regular partner performance reviews, margin discussions, and capability development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing, territory policies, and sales programs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and product pricing dynamics.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and supply chain teams for demand planning and execution.
  • Represent the company in state-level exhibitions, partner events, and industry engagements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales of

    Interactive Panels, AV solutions, EdTech hardware, Smart Classroom solutions, or related technology products

    .
  • Strong understanding of the education and government procurement ecosystem in UP.
  • Ability to build and scale channel networks in competitive markets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting ability with a data-driven approach.
  • Team leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage field teams.
  • High ownership mindset; comfortable with hands-on field visits and partner engagement.
