This is a full-time on-site role for an AV Project Engineer located in Bengaluru. The AV Project Engineer will be responsible for Installation, communication, project management, and project planning, tasks on a daily basis. Experience with a variety of devices, including Cisco, Polycom, Crestron, Extron, Clearone, Biamp, Kramer, Aver, Audiocodes, Shure, QSC and others. Skilled in the installation and configuration of multi-OEM AV switchers, scalers, projectors, screens, displays, audio mixers, wired/wireless microphones, amplifiers, speakers, and VC endpoints. Hands-on expertise in AV connector soldering, cable pulling, routing, and dressing, as well as AV rack installation and organization and mounting of displays and projectors. Demonstrated proficiency in integrating audio and video devices. Experience with AV programming is an added advantage. Familiar with Dante, AV over IP, and fundamental networking principles. 2-3 years of experience working with video conferencing endpoints from major OEMs like Cisco, Polycom, Logitech, Crestron MTR, and others. Proven experience in supporting and coordinating town hall meetings. Strong knowledge of video endpoint configuration and troubleshooting. Networking expertise is a plus. Qualifications Communication and Project Management skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team Any degree or diploma Certifications in Project Management are a plus

We are hiring L2 AV Engineer for Bangalore location. We are looking for a hands-on L2 AV Field Engineer to support the installation, testing, and maintenance of Audio-Visual (AV) systems at client sites. The ideal candidate will have basic technical knowledge of AV components, be eager to learn, and willing to travel for onsite support and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: Hands-on experience on devices such as Cisco, Polycom, Crestron, Extron, Clearone, Biamp, Kramer, Aver, Audiocodes, etc. Knowledge or experience on installation and configuration of AV Switchers and Scaler, Projector, Screen and Displays, Audio mixer and wired/wireless microphone, Amplifier and speakers, VC endpoints.
