• Proven leadership experience as a State Business Head or senior sales leader in consumer electronics, mobile accessories, or a related dynamic industry, with a strong track record of scaling offline businesses.
• A deep understanding of the Indian offline retail ecosystem, distribution channels, and key players in the electronics accessories arena, backed by a strong network.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building prowess, with a history of nurturing high-performing State offline sales teams.
• Strategic thinking and flawless execution skills, with a laser focus on delivering tangible offline sales growth.
• Masterful negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities, capable of building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• A genuine passion for the world of electronic accessories and a finger on the pulse of the consumer electronics market.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
• Significant experience in expanding offline business operations across multiple areas within your state is essential.
