Job Title: Bulk Recruiter (Remote) Location: Remote (India-based candidates preferred) Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Bulk/Volume Hiring Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Bulk Recruiter with a proven track record in high-volume hiring across diverse functions such as Sales, Operations, Support, and Tech Support. The ideal candidate will also bring hands-on experience in campus hiring , supporting the acquisition of fresh talent through college engagements and virtual drives. This remote-first role is best suited for self-motivated professionals who excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments and can efficiently manage multiple mandates with accuracy and speed. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment for entry to mid-level roles across multiple business units. Plan and execute sourcing strategies via job portals, social media, employee referrals, and vendor networks . Lead campus hiring initiatives : college mapping, pre-placement talks, assessments, and onboarding. Handle pre-screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, offer rollouts, and documentation independently. Build and maintain a strong college network to ensure a consistent talent pipeline. Collaborate with hiring managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to fulfill volume hiring demands. Monitor and report key hiring metrics such as Offer-to-Join Ratio, Turnaround Time (TAT), and dropout rates . Develop and implement strategies to reduce offer dropouts and improve candidate engagement . Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and documentation for audit and future hiring needs. Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of experience in bulk/volume recruitment. At least one complete cycle of campus hiring experience is mandatory. Proven ability to hire for pan-India roles . Strong sourcing expertise using job boards (e.g. Naukri, LinkedIn), social media , and offline channels. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to independently handle multiple open positions with adherence to timelines. Proficiency in Excel , recruitment tracking tools, and ATS platforms . Good to Have Experience in tech hiring or support function recruitment at the entry level. Understanding of employer branding strategies for campus engagement. Familiarity with virtual hiring tools , online assessments, and digital onboarding. Work Mode & Timings Remote-first with flexibility, but strict adherence to project-specific SLAs is expected. Availability during standard business hours (IST) . Willingness to support occasional weekend recruitment drives , if scheduled.
