Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staffing Recruiter located in Coimbatore. The Staffing Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions. They will also handle temporary placements, ensure clear communication with all stakeholders, and support the company's staffing needs by identifying and attracting top talent. The Staffing Recruiter will work closely with the HR team and various departments to understand their hiring requirements and provide suitable staffing solutions.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate with the labours and hiring labours and techincal staff (non-IT) in bulk
• Staffing Services and Recruiting skills
• Experience in Hiring and Temporary Placement
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
