Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Facilities Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services. Responsibilities include managing a team of maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with clients to address their specific needs, and supervising the use of equipment and supplies. The Facilities Manager will also be responsible for optimizing operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining high standards of service quality.

• Experience in Facilities Management and Property Maintenance
• Knowledge of Safety Regulations and Compliance
• Strong Leadership and Team Management skills
• Excellent Communication and Client Coordination skills
• Technical skills related to maintenance and repair work
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency with GPS and fleet management systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business
