Milestone’s product team is looking for a hands-on Sr. Product Manager with strong technical aptitude and prior experience collaborating with engineering teams to deliver innovative AI Native SaaS platform and solutions. At the Sr. Technical Product Manager level, candidates must have both a proven track record building technical platform services and a desire to drive amazing new product capabilities.

In this role, you will use your deep product experience to work with internal teams to define the Product strategy, platform roadmap, requirements, manage the backlog, monitor product development, perform demos and trainings of the platform, oversee client hand-off and acceptance testing, and support post-launch monitoring.You have excellent communication skills and can hold your ground and present with confidence to both C-Suite stakeholders or to deeply technical audience.You will be the owner of business outcome, evangelizing your product portfolio, driving adoption, and proactively addressing customer frictions. In a highly collaborative environment, you will act as a voice of customer and subject matter expert, championing their needs and wants and rally the cross-functional team on ensuring that customer is successful and delighted.
Specific Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth market, industry, and competitive analysis, particularly in the Digital Experience and CMS space.
- Develop and drive growth strategies for newer products.
- Develop and maintain high-quality product requirements, documentation, and training materials.
- Serve as the first level of acceptance of products and features designed and developed by the team.
- Ensure quality and on-time delivery by monitoring and supporting products through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Partner with Product Marketing team to create GTM collateral and evangelize it via webinars, thought leadership articles.
- Define the business centric success metrics for your product anchoring on adoption, engagement, retention or growth.
- Partner with Sales and CSMs to demo and articulate the product value during sales cycle or QBRs
- Work with third parties to assess the potential for partnerships and licensing opportunities where needed.
- Assist in hand-off and training sessions with internal stakeholders, potential customers, and active clients, developing training materials as needed.
- Maintain backlogs and priorities for product enhancements, and own product development roadmaps.
- Document baselines and monitor KPIs to determine success of product against stated goals.
Position Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience with demonstrated successful delivery of finished products.
- A strong sense of ownership in your work and unwaveringly positive attitude.
- Hands on experience in B2B SaaS products
- Articulate communicator both verbally and in writing.
- Outstanding organizational and analytical skills.
- A passion for developing innovative products on the web and for mobile.
- High-quality standards and attention to detail.
- In-depth understanding of technical and user experience issues typically encountered in web-based product development.
- Uses sound business judgment to develop and manage client relationship
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science.
- MBA Preferred
