You will design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for various devices and interfaces, identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions. Additionally, you will make strategic design and user-experience decisions, taking a user-centered design approach and iterating designs based on user feedback. To be successful in this role, you should have at least five years of UX design experience, with a preference for candidates who have designed complex solutions for complete digital environments. You must have expertise in designing experiences where AI assists users, including Conversational & Multimodal UI Design and dynamic AI interfaces. Proficiency in UX software such as FIGMA, XD, Balsamiq, and similar tools is essential. You should be able to work closely with clients to understand their requirements and design user experiences that meet their needs and vision. Strong knowledge of UX design best practices, user-centered design, mobile-first design, and responsive design is required. Experience in user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, and usability considerations is also important. Excellent communication skills are vital for this role, as you will be collaborating with teams and clients, and presenting design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively. You should be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design and open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism. A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking, as well as a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and technologies, are also desired qualities.
