Senior Support Engineer

As a skilled and proactive Support Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch service and effectively resolve technical issues for our customers. You will collaborate closely with our services, product, and engineering teams to enhance our services, address customer concerns, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing high-quality technical support to customers via various channels such as chat, email, and phone, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to our services & products, and ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive documentation, conducting customer training sessions, and identifying trends in customer issues to drive continuous improvement initiatives. To excel in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in web development, production, and support, with expertise in front-end programming languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Drupal, AEM, or WordPress will be beneficial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are essential requirements for this position. A Bachelor's degree in Technology, preferably in Computer Science, is also preferred. Preferred knowledge in SEO and Content Management Systems, a customer-first mindset, experience in handling international customers (especially in North America), and a passion for customer service are desirable qualities.
