Job Description: Procurement Executive (2 Years’ Experience) Position: Procurement Executive Experience Required: 2+ Years Employment Type: Full-time   About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive with at least 2 years of experience in purchasing and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end procurement activities, ensure timely availability of materials, negotiate with suppliers, and support the organization in achieving cost efficiency and quality standards.   Key Responsibilities Source, evaluate, and select vendors based on price, quality, and delivery timelines. Prepare and process purchase orders, purchase requisitions, and supplier contracts. Conduct price comparisons and negotiate terms to ensure cost-effective procurement. Manage vendor relationships and maintain an updated supplier database. Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, warehouse, production) to understand procurement needs. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials. Track and follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and invoice processing. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards. Assist in preparing procurement reports, spend analysis, and cost-saving initiatives. Resolve any supplier issues related to shortages, delays, or quality concerns.       Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. 2 years of hands-on experience in procurement/purchasing. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Good understanding of procurement processes and supply chain principles. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems is an advantage. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritizes, and works under pressure.   Preferred Skills Experience in [industry—add your industry, e.g., construction, manufacturing, IT procurement]. Knowledge of international sourcing (if applicable). Basic understanding of contract management and compliance.
