Civil & Electrical Engineer

Job Title: Civil & Electrical Engineer Location: Bangalore Department: Projects / Site Operations Reporting To: Project Manager / Operations Head Job Summary: The Civil & Electrical Engineer will be responsible for conducting site inspections, preparing accurate BOQs, coordinating with service vendors for quotations, and ensuring timely execution of works as per client POs. The role involves managing L1 vendors, maintaining quality and safety standards, and completing service works with proper PPE compliance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct site inspections for both civil and electrical works as per project requirements. Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on site conditions and client scope. Identify suitable service vendors and obtain quotations in line with the BOQ. Evaluate quotations and assist in finalizing the L1 (lowest) vendor. Coordinate with clients for Purchase Orders (POs) and work commencement approvals. Plan, monitor, and execute civil and electrical service works through vendors as per approved scope and timelines. Ensure all activities are carried out with proper PPE and in compliance with safety standards. Supervise vendor work to ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality benchmarks.
