As a Senior Web Analyst, you will be a strategic partner for our clients, bridging business objectives and web analytics execution. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify their key challenges and design comprehensive web analytics solutions that unlock customer insights, optimize digital experiences, and drive measurable growth indicators such as increased conversion rates and customer lifetime value (CLTV). You will lead the design and implementation of analytics strategies across web and mobile platforms, ensuring data integrity and actionable insight.
● Lead discovery sessions and requirement gathering to translate business questions into impactful web analytics strategies and technical specifications.
● Design, document, and manage implementation of scalable data layers for websites and mobile apps that capture critical customer interactions.
● Own end-to-end deployment, validation, and maintenance of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) setups, including advanced e-commerce tracking.
● Lead mobile app analytics tracking (e.g., Firebase) integration for a unified cross-channel view of the customer journey.
● Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless data flows into broader marketing systems such as Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Email platforms, and CRMs.
● Build intuitive dashboards and reports that clearly link web analytics to key business outcomes, demonstrating ROI and growth impact.
● Drive productivity by adopting and championing efficiency tools including AI-powered automation for documentation and analysis.
● 3+ years of experience in web analytics or digital data analysis with a strong client-facing background. Exceptional communication skills enable you to manage stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
● Expert hands-on knowledge of GA4 and GTM with proven experience in custom event tracking, enhanced e-commerce, and event-driven data models.
● Experience with mobile analytics tools, preferably Firebase, to provide comprehensive digital analytics coverage.
● Ability to author detailed, developer-ready data layer specifications.
● Deep understanding of how marketing technologies (analytics, CDPs, email, CRM) integrate to form a cohesive growth engine.
● Experience working with retail/e-commerce or B2B SaaS clients, fluent in key performance metrics like Conversion Rate, AOV, LTV, and CAC.
● A results-oriented mindset, skilled at connecting analytics initiatives to measurable revenue and performance outcomes.
● Comfortable using advanced AI tools for enhanced analytics workflow and efficiency.
● Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms such as Segment or Rudderstack.
● Competency in SQL for complex data querying and investigation.
● Experience with Server-Side Google Tag Manager implementations.
