Sr. UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented Sr. UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design, including user research, A/B testing, and data analysis. Prior experience in building tech products from scratch and following through with development and business impact is essential UX Design and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas. Develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for various tech products. A/B Testing and Usability Testing: Design and conduct A/B tests to evaluate design choices. Perform usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of UX design with product development. Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews. Design Implementation and Follow-Through: Ensure designs are implemented accurately during the development phase. Monitor the impact of design changes on business metrics and user satisfaction. Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest UX design trends, tools, and technologies. Apply best practices and innovative solutions to enhance user experience. Qualifications and Requirements: Experience: 4-6 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the tech industry. Proven track record of building tech products from scratch and following through with development and business impact. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other relevant software. Strong understanding of UX principles, user research methodologies, and A/B testing. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze user research data and translate it into actionable design insights. Experience with data-driven design and performance tracking. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas clearly. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
