Job Description

As the Ecommerce Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our ecommerce business and ensuring accountability for the revenue generated through the web shop. Utilizing big data analytics, you will uncover opportunities for site optimization, customer journey enhancement, and personalization to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value. Your role will involve analyzing the performance of various digital journeys on the web using Adobe Analytics and other data sources. You will deep dive into journeys and digital features to identify opportunities for revenue growth and enhance customer experience on our web ecosystems. The ideal candidate for this role will have advanced proficiency in Adobe Analytics, with a proven track record of deriving actionable insights from it. Possessing an Adobe Analytics certification is preferred. You should also demonstrate proficiency in using MarchTech tools such as CDP, Personalisation, and CRM effectively. Exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to challenge data and derive meaningful insights, are essential for this role. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the capability to present complex data clearly, are required. Excellent organizational and time management skills are crucial to manage tasks effectively. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to new challenges and evolving business needs. As an observant individual passionate about challenges, you are unafraid to question the status quo and share ideas for optimization and revenue acceleration. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in the informatics field. Advanced knowledge in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, as well as proficiency in tools such as Tableau and Excel, is a must. Experience in Digital Data analytics, including aspects like page effectiveness, journey optimization, product and content placement optimization, site friction points, traffic, and conversion metrics, is essential. Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL is required. An innovative and creative mindset, along with familiarity with Adobe Target, will be beneficial for this role.,
