Core Responsibilities & Achievements: Developed and executed user-focused strategies to improve website performance and increase conversion rates. Managed eCommerce projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Identified key opportunities across the customer journey using analytics and behavioral data. Collaborated with cross-functional teams including design, development, and marketing to implement effective digital initiatives. Drove customer satisfaction and revenue growth through continuous improvement of the digital experience. Designed and launched personalized campaigns that enhanced engagement and increased conversion rates. Led the planning and scheduling of website and landing page rollouts.
