Sr. UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Sr. UI/UX Designer who can combine strong design thinking with practical execution to create visually engaging and user-friendly experiences. The ideal candidate should be skilled at transforming business requirements and user insights into intuitive interfaces and creative design solutions for a variety of clients and industries.

Key Responsibilities

• 5+ years of design experience in UI/UX and visual design.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for websites and digital applications.
• Translate business and user goals into effective and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and QA teams to ensure design accuracy during implementation.
• Develop and maintain style guides, design systems, and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Review and refine designs based on usability testing and feedback.
• Design for a variety of platforms including WordPress, Shopify, and custom web applications.
• Contribute ideas for branding, layout, and interactivity during early concept discussions.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.
• Ensure all design deliverables meet usability standards and align with client expectations.

Desired Skills

• Strong understanding of design thinking, user personas, and UX principles.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience in creating branding concepts, style guides, and identity systems.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and user-centered designs.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, or Webflow is a plus.
• Understanding of print design and production (brochures, reports, etc.) is an advantage.
• Good eye for aesthetics, alignment, hierarchy, and typography.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Open to feedback and eager to learn and adapt.

Nice to Have

• A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital, web, and UI/UX projects.
• Experience working in an agency environment or with global clients is a strong plus.
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding of development limitations.
