Sr. UI/UX Designer

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will lead design projects from concept to completion, crafting intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Your role will involve overseeing user research, creating high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring design consistency, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Lead design projects from concept to completion, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing. - Develop and implement design strategies and solutions aligning with business goals and user needs. - Mentor and guide junior designers by providing feedback and support. - Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations. - Create user personas and user journey maps to inform design decisions. - Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement. - Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups to simulate the final product. - Design user interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing. - Ensure design consistency across all platforms and devices. - Plan and conduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of designs. - Analyze usability test results and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketing teams. - Communicate design ideas and solutions effectively to stakeholders. - Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar. - Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices. - Understanding of accessibility guidelines and practices.
