Sr. UI/UX Designer

We are now looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our creative team and play a key role in designing impactful digital experiences for web and mobile applications across multiple client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for client and internal projects — from concept to final delivery.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
• Translate client requirements and business goals into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients to ensure design feasibility and consistency across platforms.
• Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and brand guidelines for scalability and consistency.
• Stay current with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction to ensure high design quality across all deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, HCI, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design within an IT services or digital agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects (web and mobile).
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Excellent understanding of UX principles, information architecture, wireframing, and responsive design.
• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to clients and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is an added advantage.

Good to Have

• Experience designing dashboards, enterprise apps, or SaaS products.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design standards.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
