Sr. Tender Executive

Job Title: Sr. Tender Executive / Assistant Manager – Tendering
Location: Hyderabad
Joining: Immediate joiners to maximum 15 days notice period
Budget: Up to ₹8 LPAResponsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end tendering process with minimum 5 years of experience in tender submissions and management.
• Handle GEM Portal and other government/private e-procurement portals for tender uploads, tracking, and submissions.
• Prepare, review, and finalize tender documentation, proposals, and compliance checklists.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids while maintaining 100% compliance with requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to junior team members on tender preparation, bid strategy, and documentation.
• Analyze tender documents and ensure alignment with organizational capabilities and compliance standards.
• Generate MIS reports and dashboards on tender pipeline, submissions, and outcomes for management.
• Act as a liaison between management, clients, and internal departments for all tender-related activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in tender management and bid submissions.
• Hands-on experience with GEM Portal and other e-procurement/tendering platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong knowledge of tendering processes, procurement policies, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
• Leadership ability to guide and support junior staff.

Preferred Certifications

• Certification in Project Management (desirable but not mandatory).
