Sr. Tender Executive

We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive who has in-depth knowledge of government e-tendering, GEM portal, tender documentation, and registration processes with various government departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, preparing bids, and ensuring smooth registration and participation in all applicable government tenders related to commercial kitchen equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and monitor government tenders (Central, State, PSU, GEM, eProcurement portals) relevant to our product range.
• Prepare and submit tender documents, technical and financial bids accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with internal departments for technical data, pricing, and supporting documents.
• Handle GEM portal operations including catalog uploading, bidding, order processing, and compliance.
• Manage company registration and vendor empanelment with various government departments, PSUs, defense, and municipal bodies.
• Maintain tender documentation, EMD, and performance bank guarantee records.
• Keep track of government notifications, norms, and policy updates related to procurement.
• Liaise with government officers and procurement departments for follow-ups and clarifications.
• Assist in documentation for MSME, NSIC, GEM, and other relevant certifications.
• Ensure compliance with all tender terms and conditions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate (any stream); preference for candidates with knowledge in public procurement / tender management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tender preparation, filing, and government liaison.
• Strong knowledge of GEM portal, eProcurement portals, and tender documentation.
• Familiar with MSME / NSIC registration process and related compliances.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF tools).
• Must be detail-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,696.89 - ₹41,028.19 per month
