Monitor team-wise progress and ensure consistency in performance. 5. CRM Software Management Train BDOs and Team Leaders on CRM software usage. Provide access credentials to authorized users. Resolve system issues and support effective lead tracking and follow-up. 6. Digital Marketing Create engaging content for digital campaigns. Regularly update social media platforms and ensure brand consistency. Manage paid promotions, optimize targeting, and track performance metrics. Provide daily updates and analyze digital campaign outcomes. Manage leads generated from online platforms and ensure timely conversion. 7. Business Growth Evaluation Analyze metrics such as revenue, policy sales, and customer acquisition. Evaluate staff performance and the impact of training programs. Identify improvement areas and new growth opportunities.
