Job Description:
Asvil Galaxy Finserv is hiring a Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves generating leads, contacting potential clients, explaining loan products, and supporting customer engagement efforts. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in handling Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, or Doctor Professional Loans. However, freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply. The candidate must be target-driven, customer-focused, and able to work with CRM tools and other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers through calls and emails
• Promote loan products and provide detailed information on eligibility, terms, and documentation
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as defined by company guidelines
• Manage customer interactions and data using CRM software
• Coordinate with marketing teams to support campaigns and share content on social media
• Educate customers on loan products, required documents, and procedures
• Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction through timely support
• Prepare reports on leads, conversions, and customer feedback
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and financial products
• Handle objections and provide solutions in a professional manner

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in handling loans such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, or Doctor Professional Loans
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English
• Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Target-oriented mindset with strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to build rapport and handle customer objections effectively
• Self-motivated, patient, and capable of working independently
• Understanding of loan documentation and processes is an advantage
