We are seeking a Business Development Executive (Private Financier Partnerships) to join our team and build strong relationships with private financers and real estate networks to expand our loan offerings. Position Overview The role focuses on identifying, meeting, and onboarding private financers who can provide home loan and mortgage-based lending solutions . The candidate will act as a bridge between financers, real estate networks, and the company, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations while expanding loan product offerings. Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with private financers for Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, and LAP. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with financers and real estate stakeholders (builders, agents, property consultants). Develop and strengthen a real estate network that can generate continuous loan leads. Actively meet and convince financers and real estate partners on the benefits of collaboration with Asvil Galaxy Finserv. Negotiate tie-up terms and conditions with financers in line with company policies. Work closely with internal teams to align financers’ offerings with customer requirements. Provide market intelligence on financing and real estate trends. Report regularly on partnership progress and performance to management. Desired Candidate Profile Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in Business Development, Sales, or Relationship Management, preferably in the finance/real estate sector. Strong understanding of loan products – Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, and LAP. Proven ability to connect and negotiate with financers and real estate networks. Excellent communication, persuasion, and networking skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in independent decision-making. Strong local/regional market knowledge with existing financer/real estate contacts (preferred).
