Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 CTC per month

Position Overview

Asvil Galaxy Finserv Private Limited is looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth, build strong customer networks, and increase the company’s market presence. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to convert leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities in the market and manage lead generation.
• Meet potential clients, explain company services, and convert them into active customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and financial institutions.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Coordinate with the Tele-Sales and Sales teams for lead follow-up and closures.
• Visit customers, collect documents, and support loan application processes.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding their requirements.
• Achieve monthly business targets assigned by the management.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports.
• Represent the company in meetings, client discussions, and promotional activities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations professionally.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills in English & Telugu (Mandatory).
• Hindi is an added advantage.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and client handling skills.
• Good understanding of financial products (Business Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, etc.).
• Ability to develop and maintain professional networks.
• Field sales confidence with strong presentation abilities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Time management and team coordination abilities.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Qualification

• Minimum: Intermediate (12th Pass)
• Preferred: Any Degree (Advantage)

Additional Requirements

• Must be ready for field visits within West Godavari District and nearby locations.
• Must be willing to work from office at Tadepalligudem.
• Bike & valid driving license preferred (not mandatory but advantageous).
• Candidate should be professional, disciplined, and committed to business goals.
