Key Responsibilities

Generate leads from provided data sources and marketing campaigns
Engage with customers via phone, email, and social media platformsMeet daily, weekly, and monthly targets as per company policyMaintain customer data using CRM tools and ensure follow-upsAssist with social media content sharing and customer queriesProvide reports on lead progress and customer feedbackStay updated on product offerings and industry trendsComplete assigned tasks efficiently and on time

Have a experience at least one Year in Personal Loans, Business Loans, Doctor/CA Professional Loans.

Well Familiar about the Documentation of all types of Loan Products.

Qualifications & Skills

Excellent communication in Telugu, Hindi & English
Prior experience in tele calling, lead generation, or customer support is a plusProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Working knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, etc.
Awareness of social media platforms and content strategies
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skillsSelf-driven, target-oriented, and detail-focusedAbility to work independently and collaboratively
