Position Overview

Asvil Galaxy Finserv Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our in-office sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with customers, and promoting the company’s financial services with professionalism and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and reference networks.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable loan advisory or financial support solutions.
• Maintain and update customer databases (daily calling records, lead tracking).
• Schedule appointments for the field sales team whenever required.
• Actively follow up with leads until closure.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, features, and benefits.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth processing of customer applications.
• Submit daily performance and lead generation reports to the Sales Manager.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
• Hindi speaking ability is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of any regional language (Telugu/Kannada/Tamil) is an added benefit.
• Strong lead generation and tele-calling abilities.
• Convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of financial products (loans, credit support, advisory).
• Ability to work confidently under pressure and within targets.
• Active listening and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry).
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Time management and multitasking skills.

Qualification

• Minimum: Intermediate (12th Pass)
• Preferred: Any Degree (Advantage)

Additional Requirements

• Must be comfortable working from office at Tadepalligudem.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates with prior tele-sales or customer service experience will be given priority.
