Job Description – Tele Sales Executive

Position: Tele Sales Executive(Female Only)

Department: Sales

Location: Mohali

Experience: 0–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
  • Explain product details and benefits clearly and confidently.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain and update customer database (CRM).
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues if any.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for closing and post-sales support.
  • Prepare and share daily call and sales reports.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Good command over Hindi & English (or regional language).
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience in CRM is a plus.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
