Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads (online/offline), initiating contact via telephone, pitching our products/services, and closing sales. This role demands excellent communication, sales skills, and the ability to work independently and meet targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Research and generate potential leads using online platforms (LinkedIn, Justdial, Google, directories, etc.) Attend local events, expos, or visit locations for offline data collection when needed Maintain and organize lead data using CRM tools or spreadsheets Telesales & Follow-ups: Make outbound calls to potential customers from generated data Understand customer needs and explain product/service offerings Follow up regularly with prospects via calls, messages, and emails Sales & Conversion: Convince potential customers to purchase and close sales effectively Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Handle customer objections professionally and provide relevant solutions Reporting: Maintain records of calls, conversations, and sales outcomes Provide regular reports to the sales manager/team lead Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or similar role preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills in [English, Hindi, or other regional languages] Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Sheets, MS Excel Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets Self-motivated and organized Must own a smartphone/laptop with internet access (if remote or hybrid) Perks & Benefits: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
