Sr. Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads (online/offline), initiating contact via telephone, pitching our products/services, and closing sales. This role demands excellent communication, sales skills, and the ability to work independently and meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:
• Research and generate potential leads using online platforms (LinkedIn, Justdial, Google, directories, etc.)
• Attend local events, expos, or visit locations for offline data collection when needed
• Maintain and organize lead data using CRM tools or spreadsheets
• Telesales & Follow-ups:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from generated data
• Understand customer needs and explain product/service offerings
• Follow up regularly with prospects via calls, messages, and emails
• Sales & Conversion:
• Convince potential customers to purchase and close sales effectively
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide relevant solutions
• Reporting:
• Maintain records of calls, conversations, and sales outcomes
• Provide regular reports to the sales manager/team lead

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or similar role preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in [English, Hindi, or other regional languages]
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Sheets, MS Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
• Self-motivated and organized
• Must own a smartphone/laptop with internet access (if remote or hybrid)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
