Job Opportunity: Tele sales Executive - SAAS Sales Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Agent to drive the adoption of our cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services within the Logistics and Transportation sectors across Europe. Understanding of the logistics domain is prefferred, a proven track record in consultative sales, and the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and key decision-makers. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Responsibilities Targeted Sales: Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within Logistics and Transportation companies in the European markets. Solution Selling: Understand the specific challenges and needs of potential clients in the logistics sector and effectively articulate the value proposition of our AI and BPO solutions in addressing those needs. Product Knowledge : Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our AI and BPO service offerings, including their features, benefits, and applications within the logistics and transportation industry (e.g., supply chain optimization, predictive analytics, freight management, customer service automation, etc.). Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., CEOs, COOs, CIOs, VPs of Logistics, etc.) through consistent communication and engagement. Presentations and Demonstrations : Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and ROI of our services. Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions that meet the specific requirements of prospective clients. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the Logistics and Transportation sectors in the US and Europe. Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of [Specify number, e.g., 3-5] years of experience in a sales role, preferably selling technology solutions (AI, SaaS, software) or BPO services to the Logistics and Transportation industry. Logistics Domain Expertise : Strong understanding of the logistics and transportation ecosystem, including key processes (e.g., warehousing, transportation management, freight forwarding, supply chain management), challenges, and industry trends. Decision Maker Engagement: Proven ability to identify, engage, and build rapport with C-level executives and other key decision-makers. Sales Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. International Sales Experience: Experience selling to companies in the US and/or European markets is highly preferred. Technical Aptitude : Ability to understand and articulate the technical aspects and business benefits of AI and BPO solutions. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. CRM Proficiency : Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing sales activities and pipelines. Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in other European languages (e.g., German, French) is an advantage. Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Results -Oriented: Strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to cultural differences and business etiquette in the US and European markets. Preferred Skills: Existing network of contacts within the Logistics and Transportation industry in the US and Europe. Experience selling specific AI applications relevant to logistics (e.g., predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, route optimization). Experience selling specific BPO services relevant to logistics (e.g., freight audit, customs brokerage support, customer service). Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
