Job Description

A Tele sales Executive is responsible for communicate with customer and convincing regarding products or services over the phone, engaging with potential and existing customers, identifying their needs, and persuading them to make a purchase. They play a vital role in the growth of the company by meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities -

  • Conduct Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients (cold calling) and handle inbound calls from interested customers to promote and sell products or services.
  • Generate and Qualify Leads: Identify potential customers, follow up on marketing-generated leads, and assess their needs and suitability for the company's offerings.
  • Deliver Sales Pitches: Use sales scripts and product knowledge to deliver persuasive pitches that highlight product features and benefits, effectively addressing customer questions and concerns.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Employ strong negotiation skills to close sales and process orders accurately in the system.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Develop and sustain solid relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and call volumes.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately enter and update customer information, interactions, and sales activity in a CRM system or database.
  • Handle Objections and Complaints: Stay cool-tempered and handle customer grievances or rejections professionally to preserve the company's reputation and find solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications >

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field often preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a telesales, sales, or customer service role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a professional phone manner, and the ability to listen actively and articulate information clearly.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills, along with the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
