Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and pitch relevant courses.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right training program.
Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects and convert leads to sales.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and reporting.
Provide excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of telesales/telemarketing experience (preferably in ed-tech, insurance, or service sales).
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam/Hindi.
Ability to convince and close sales.
Basic smartphone/laptop with stable internet connection.
High self-discipline and target-driven attitude.
