As a Sales/Customer Service Representative, your role will involve developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to provide suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences. You will contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts, and follow up with people who inquire through ads, requiring a basic understanding of online ads. Your responsibilities will also include managing customer accounts to ensure existing customers are satisfied with company products and services. To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional customer service skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Female candidates are preferred for this position.
