Sr. Tele Sales Executive

A minimum of 5 Years in Technical Tele-sales, Responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales for our swimming pool and irrigation products and services over the phone.

A key part of this role will also involve effective coordination with Project Managers to understand the status of ongoing projects, gather necessary information, and provide updates to clients & Management as required.

Highly motivated, results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential customers through calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups on marketing leads.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all swimming pool and irrigation products, services, and solutions offered by the company (e.g., pool construction, renovation, maintenance contracts, pumps, filters, irrigation systems, landscaping irrigation, etc.).
• Customer Qualification: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Sales Presentations: Effectively articulate the value proposition of our products and services to potential clients.
• Quote Generation: Prepare and send accurate quotes/proposals to prospects in a timely manner.
• Sales Closure: Negotiate and close sales to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Follow-up: Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
• Market Feedback: Gather and provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to the sales and marketing teams.

Project Coordination:

• Information Gathering: Regularly liaise with Project Managers to obtain updates on the progress of ongoing swimming pool and irrigation projects.
• Client Updates: Provide timely and accurate updates to clients regarding the status of their projects, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
• Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate project documentation, including client communications, change orders, and progress reports.
• Handover Support: Coordinate with Project Managers for smooth project handovers to clients upon completion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
