Job Objective: We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive hiring efforts across organization. In this role, you will partner closely with stakeholders to execute a talent acquisition strategy that attracts and hires top talented professionals. Role Overview: Based at our Thiruvananthapuram, KL India headquarters, this role focuses on recruiting Top talent. It offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both traditional and startup hiring methodologies, making it ideal for an enthusiastic recruitment professional eager to drive impactful hiring strategies. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition : Recruitment strategies aligned with business goals to ensure a strong Top talent pipeline. End-to-End Recruitment : Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Hiring Channels : Leverage multiple sourcing avenues, including Headhunting, job portals, network-sourcing, and referrals. Market Intelligence : Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to maintain a competitive edge. Data & Reporting : Utilize recruitment analytics to track performance, optimize processes, and report on key hiring metrics. Required Skills & Experience: Any graduate degree with 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition. Proven experience in headhunting is mandatory. Exposure to startup hiring environments is a plus. Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive hiring decisions with a data-driven approach.
