Role Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition

    : Recruitment strategies aligned with business goals to ensure a strong Top talent pipeline.
  • End-to-End Recruitment

    : Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Hiring Channels

    : Leverage multiple sourcing avenues, including Headhunting, job portals, network-sourcing, and referrals.
  • Market Intelligence

    : Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Data & Reporting

    : Utilize recruitment analytics to track performance, optimize processes, and report on key hiring metrics.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Any graduate degree with 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience in headhunting is mandatory.
  • Exposure to startup hiring environments is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive hiring decisions with a data-driven approach.
