It offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both traditional and startup hiring methodologies, making it ideal for an enthusiastic recruitment professional eager to drive impactful hiring strategies.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition: Recruitment strategies aligned with business goals to ensure a strong Top talent pipeline.End-to-End Recruitment: Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.Hiring Channels: Leverage multiple sourcing avenues, including Headhunting, job portals, network-sourcing, and referrals.Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to maintain a competitive edge.Data & Reporting: Utilize recruitment analytics to track performance, optimize processes, and report on key hiring metrics.Required Skills & Experience:Any graduate degree with 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition.Proven experience in headhunting is mandatory.Exposure to startup hiring environments is a plus.Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology.Ability to influence stakeholders and drive hiring decisions with a data-driven approach.If you're a passionate recruiter/head hunter with a knack for hiring top talent and a data-driven mindset, wed love to hear from you!
