Overview
- We are seeking a talented and passionate React Developer to join our team and play a key role in the development and maintenance of internal backend tools and dashboards.
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality, user-friendly interfaces that empower our engineering and operations teams.
Location - Bangalore
Education - B.E./B.Tech, MCA or Equivalent Computer Degree
Essential Experience :
Proficient in web technologies including React, Next-Js, Node-JS and API Gateways
Responsibilities - Area of Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for leading the architecture, development, and optimization of robust web platforms and internal tools.
- This includes full ownership of frontend engineering, active collaboration with backend/API teams, and bringing strategic value through logging, observability, AI-enhanced tooling, and performance-driven architecture.
Frontend Engineering & UX Development -
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable React/Next.js-based applications for internal tools and consumer-facing products.
- Ensure pixel-perfect, cross-browser compatible, and responsive UIs across web and mobile web. Transition existing web apps to React Native where necessary for hybrid mobility
- Architecture & Performance
- Architect high-concurrency, low-latency, streaming-ready web platforms for OTT and media domains.
- Drive decisions around frontend structure, modularization, and SSR strategies.
- Build and optimize distributed systems that scale seamlessly with user demand.
- DevOps & Monitoring Integration - Integrate and maintain logging/monitoring systems like Sentry, Datadog, New Relic, and LogRocket to proactively track errors and performance.
- Define structured error boundaries and fallback strategies in the frontend.
- Implement observability in code to support production debugging and SLA reporting.
AI/Automation Integration
- Utilize AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, or AI-based code review/testing assistants to accelerate development.
- Apply generative AI to write boilerplate code, unit tests, and documentation.
- Stay updated on trends in AI-driven developer tooling and suggest adoption opportunities. 5. API & Microservice Communication
- Work with RESTful APIs, API gateways, and backend teams to ensure clean data flow.
- Secure and optimize API communication with token-based auth, error handling, and retry logic.
- Knowledge of GraphQL 6. Testing & Maintainability
- Write unit, integration, and e2e tests using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.
- Participate in rigorous code reviews to maintain a clean and scalable codebase.
Agile Delivery & Collaboration
- Contribute actively to sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, backend, product) to deliver high-impact features on time. 8. Platform Optimization & SEO
- Drive efforts for technical SEO, improved Core Web Vitals, and performance optimization. • Integrate analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude) to derive insights from usage behavior.

Technical:
- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, and component-driven design. • Strong understanding of Redux, React Query, context APIs, and performance tuning techniques.
- Good to have experience with video players like video.js, shaka-player, HLS.js, or dash.js for OTT platforms.
- Familiar with cloud platforms like AWS, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Deep hands-on with Git, branching workflows, and code versioning strategies.
- Understanding of AI tools for code generation, intelligent debugging, and testing automation.
- Experience with monitoring tools: Sentry, Datadog, New Relic, LogRocket, Grafana, etc.
- Familiar with payment gateway integrations
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, API security, and performance profiling.
