Description
Position: Senior Manager - Growth and Monetization, Digital Business Purpose: Build partnerships across BFSI sector specially Banks, NBFC’s, New age Insurance companies, Gifting partners, etc. to drive revenue growth and distribution across various categories including Credit/Debit cards, Net banking, Insurance, Loyalties, etc. Education: MBA Preferred Experience: 8 -12 Years preferably with Gifting, Loyalty, Rewards and related companies. The incumbent should be part of the alliance team driving Sales and Revenue growth through partnerships. He/she has partnered with Banks, NBFC’s, New age Insurance companies, Gifting companies, etc. The incumbent is expected to have existing/strong relationships with Banks, NBFC’s, New age Insurance companies, Gifting companies, etc. Location: Mumbai Business/Channel/Function: Digital Business (Sony Liv) Key Responsibilities:Business DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities through new potential clients or new stream of revenue from existing clients across BFSI sector specially Banks, NBFC’s, New Age Insurance companies, Gifting companies, etcDrive growth from existing partners through interventions and regular coordination with the partner Business OperationsTake ownership of the business and manage end to end operations for the particular account which includes managing contracts, marketing support , reporting and business performance Collaboration and Cross function RoleIncumbent is expected to work with various teams (Internal & external) to drive business objectives and ensure efficient deliverables Critical Competencies: BehaviouralEntrepreneurial attitude with Insights to dataAttitude towards business development is a mustShould be a self-starter with industry network in BFSI sectorShould be a team player with ability to works with cross functional teams including Legal, Product, Tech, Content etc. TechnicalUnderstanding of basis Subscription Management processService Integration and reporting know how Why join us?
