Social Media Specialist – Global Contact Center (GCC) Amplifying ETS’s voice across India and beyond

The Role
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to elevate ETS’s brand presence in India, with a focus on supporting recruitment for our Global Contact Center (GCC). You’ll lead the development of engaging content, manage campaigns, and build vibrant online communities that reflect ETS’s values and culture.This role bridges global strategy and local execution. You’ll collaborate with teams in India and the U.S., ensuring our social media presence is consistent, culturally relevant, and aligned with our employer brand. You’ll also support leadership visibility, talent outreach, and brand storytelling across platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Align regional content with ETS’s global employer brand strategy
- Own and manage the GCC India social media calendar
- Create compelling video, graphic, and written content that showcases our people, culture, and impact
- Partner with HR, recruitment, and operations teams to support hiring goals
- Collaborate with the global creative team to ensure brand consistency and cultural relevance
- Represent GCC leadership perspectives and amplify their voice on social platforms
- Support executive participation in conferences and events across the region
- Launch organic campaigns that boost brand awareness, support retention, and drive recruitment
- Share content primarily on LinkedIn, with potential expansion to Instagram, Facebook, and local platforms
- Monitor social channels, respond to feedback, and escalate issues when needed
- Use Sprout Social to manage platforms and deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports
- Join global collaboration calls to align on content, product launches, and internal communications
- Coordinate with PR partners and ensure alignment across digital channels, including the global website
- Be available during U.S. Eastern Time hours as needed for global coordination
- Uphold ETS’s ethical standards and comply with all applicable laws and regulations
What You Bring
- Strong storytelling skills—writing, video, graphics, editing, and content coordination
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn and other corporate social platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders independently
- Deep understanding of audience engagement and social media metrics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across time zones and cultures
- Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent campaigns
- Familiarity with India’s hiring landscape, especially in customer service/BPO sectors
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop)
- Knowledge of paid social campaigns and analytics
- Background in corporate communications or digital marketing strategy
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital and social media marketing, ideally in a regional or global role
